Review the rules for building and sharing personal pages on Birthday Website Maker, including one-time unlock details, content rights, and service limits.

The service is for people aged 16 and over. A page may be made for a child, but an adult should create it.
Creating and previewing does not require an account. Sign-in, when used, is Google or email. Sharing the full page is a one-time unlock. There is no subscription and no credits. Payments are one-time and handled by Stripe. We receive order status, not the full card number.
You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@birthdaywebsite.app with the email used at checkout and the page link. If the page does not work as described, we will first try to fix it; if you still want a refund inside those 14 days, you get one. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. We do not control how long a bank takes to show the money. We reply within one business day.
The product lets someone make a personal birthday page with a letter, photos, and a song, then share one private link. A page can be opened by anyone who has its private link or QR code. Pages are not listed publicly. Built-in songs may be played inside the birthday page. Do not upload audio you have no right to share. The person must have the right to use the photos and words they upload. They must not upload illegal content, or sexual content involving minors.
We aim to keep a shared page online. There is no guarantee of a particular look or that a link stays up forever. The service is provided as is.
There is a delete-account control in account settings. Ending the account still follows the refund policy. Review our Refund Policy for purchase terms, read our Privacy Policy for information practices, or reach out through Email Support with questions.
