The rules for using Birthday Website Maker, one-time payments, refunds and the content you upload.
2026/10/15
By using Birthday Website Maker (birthdaywebsite.app) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You can build and preview a birthday page for free. To share it you buy a one-time unlock: Party Gift $5.99 (photos, letter, music, effects, wishes, QR code). Prices are shown in USD before checkout. There is no subscription.
Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You keep all rights to the photos, text, music links and other content you upload. You give us a limited licence to store and display it only so your page works. You are solely responsible for what you upload and share: you confirm you own it or have permission (including from people shown in photos), and that it is not illegal, defamatory, hateful, infringing, or sexual content involving minors. We may remove content that breaks these rules or that we receive a valid legal complaint about. Keep your own copies of important photos.
Built-in music is licensed for use inside your birthday page only. Do not upload copyrighted audio you have no right to share.
Payments are one-time and processed by Stripe in USD. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@birthdaywebsite.app with your order email and page link. We refund to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. If a page does not work as described, we will first offer to fix it; if you still prefer a refund within the 14 days, you get one.
We aim to keep shared pages online for at least 12 months after purchase. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms. You can delete your pages and account at any time.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
